Weightlifting & food

This week I worked on my max for thrusters.  My PR was 40kg (90lbs) I tried to go for 45kg on my last round but no luck, could only clean it. 

What I found most challenging were the push ups, 4 minutes non stop of push ups. Seeing my upper body strength is pants I always struggle with those. 

On the side not I walked past these little beauties the other day. 


Echinacea was commonly used by Native Americans for hundreds of years. A popular herbal remedy; It encourages the immune system and reduces many of the symptoms of colds, flu and some other illnesses, infections and conditions. 

Piri piri Chicken, rice, lettuce & minced meat w beans. 

I go back to England in 2 weeks. Not much else to say really…
