Slowly cooked tomatoes with Italian herb seasoning & scrambled eggs with broccoli seasoned with my homemade chilli sauce. All cooked in coconut oil & topped with a drizzle of olive oil.
Yesterday was a muggy super warm day, not sunny but very stuffy! I dripped in sweat before the workout. But overall it was great despite me feeling a bit woozy I gave it my best!
