Mind game

Slowly cooked tomatoes with Italian herb seasoning & scrambled eggs with broccoli seasoned with my homemade chilli sauce. All cooked in coconut oil & topped with a drizzle of olive oil.

Yesterday was a muggy super warm day, not sunny but very stuffy! I dripped in sweat before the workout. But overall it was great despite me feeling a bit woozy I gave it my best!

WOD / Workout of the day:

  • Warm up
  • Front squats
  • Romanian dead lifts
  • Metcon EMOM 14mins: 1 thruster & 20 mountain climbers

Always give it your best despite your mood. Emotions are a state of mind not facts and most of the time it’s all a mental game! And you have to fight and win that mental game people!
