Jet lag 

So I’m back in London. Mixed emotions! I wanted to leave but at the same time I really wanted to stay? Yes I belong in the USA but I have some unfinished business here. After a very long lay over flight. I came home to the ones I love and detoxed with this plate of veggies. I call it my garden plate.

  • Sweet potato
  • Zucchini
  • Aubergine
  • Carrots
  • Kale
  • Broccoli

I haven’t had much time to train unfortunately, with all the prepping to leave the States and now being back in London with not much money in my pocket and lost in the USA time zone I find myself wondering around the house at 4:00 (23:00 USA time) searching for food in the fridge and watching girlfriends on the sofa. I feel like I was in another world! In actual fact I was. A world I hope to return to…

Last night I prepared my Cats claw tea for the week / 2 weeks… I like to drink it in the evening. If you have never heard of cats claw. 
Cats Claw
is a vine commonly known as Una de Gato and is used traditionally in Peruvian. This herb’s anti-inflammatory properties may help to relieve arthritis, gout, and other inflammatory problems. The primary mechanism for Cat’s claw anti-inflammatory actions appears to be immunomodulation via suppression of TNF-alpha synthesis.
