Depressing weekend but determined 

So not a lot has happened in the past 5 days, this life style compared to my life in Michigan. I’m voting for Michigan. I’m Living in quarantine, yes I can go out but with so much to read for my exams, in addition to that I’m lacking motivation because of  London… And a cold that keeps coming back. So I vote staying in! However I have kept myself busy because I am allergic to doing absolutely nothing! I need to move, mentally or physically… I’ve cooked yummie food and made a  syrup for colds and coughs. 

1/2 a lemon, 1 sliced onion, 2 squashed garlics, 1 sliced carrot. Cover it with 3 tbs of brown sugar & 1 tbs of honey.

Everyday I make plans for my career and future goals. What I need to accomplish, what boxes I can tick off, how much further I have to get there… I’m not in a rush per say, as it’s all about enjoying the journey. I just like to think ahead 🙂 

Hopefully this week I can get back into training, I really miss lifting barbells, even burpees I miss those too etc…
