I’m Ruth from England and once upon a time in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle and weight loss I fell for fad diets and false information out there. Having learned the hard way I decided to take matters into my own hands, by doing research in the science behind Nutrition, learning from books and Nova 3 Labs and Fitter food.
I felt passionate about what I’d learned, specially after having seen the positive changes in me, so I studied Personal Training and nutrition.
In my spare time I study Naturopathy, discovering the root of the issue and healing the issue via natural ways e.g herbs, natural supplements, greens, REAL food!

Fitness improves your quality of life, not diminish it. Fitness is about health; feeling good and being around to enjoy your family and friends. Don’t focus on someone else’s standard of beauty or fitness. It’s all about you!
I’ve often seen people out of breath after walking up a few steps or running in the park with their children. I’ve had people tell me that they’re too old to start training or eat better. At the CrossFit games 60 year old athletes compete and their performance, stamina & body composition is tremendous! Basically, no matter your age or background you can accomplish anything.
My priority is your goal, your health and fitness.
