Chilli Egg noodle soup

Chilli Egg noodle soup – Boil water, add thin egg noodles, mixed frozen vegetables & frozen spinach. Leave to boil for 2 minutes so noodles and veggies scatter. After 2 minutes add 1 tbs of ketchup tomato sauce, half a chicken stock & 2 tsps of chilli sauce. Leave to boil and cook for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes throw in 2 eggs in the boiling water and wait about 2 minutes for the eggs to poach.
