Probiotic coconut, banana, honey & flax seed yogurt

1 can full fat coconut milk & 2 probiotic capsules. Blend the coconut milk in blender or with a fork and pour it in a jar or bowl (glass, ceramic… Not metal), then add the capsules and mix the two together (note when you mix the probiotics with the coconut do not use metal. you may use metal after the fermentation process e.g eat your yogurt with a metal spoon etc… Probiotics and metal do not combine, the metal kills the probiotics.)

After you have mixed the two together cover it with a paper towel and let it sit in a warm room temperature for 24 – 48 hours. I like to let mine sit for 48 (the longer you leave to sit the sour the taste). After the 48 hrs I stir it pour it in the blender with tbsp honey, 1 banana & a tbsp flax seeds. (You can add whatever fruit or sweetner you desire)

And place it in the fridge for 2 days.
