20reps 3sets: (45-60sec break after each set)

  • Press-ups with alternate single-arm dumbbell row

  • Single-arm overhead alternating lunges

  • Self-supported dumbbell row

  • Dumbbell thrusters

  • Heavy dumbbell side bend
