Sharing some of my cooking. Homemade meals and food prepping is the key to achieving your body composition goals!

Steamed carrots w coconut oil, sea salt & black pepper. Poached eggs bathed with organic virgin olive oil.
Spinach & cheddar cheese omelette w avocado & carrots
Garlic, black pepper Baked chicken w avocado & spinach, sprinkled w olive oil

Shredded salmon fish w scramble eggs and grated carrots. Topped w black pepper, sea salt & olive oil.

 


Protein porridge (Gluten free porridge) Add 1 scoop of protein powder, cinnamon & honey.

Oven baked Salmon fish w Kale – steam the kale for 10 mins. Season salmon with lemon, sea salt, and garlic. After greens and fish is cooked add olive oil on your food.
Roasted potatoes w Carrots – chop potatoes and carrots. Season with herbs oregano, basil, sea salt, black pepper. Pop them in the oven, after it’s baked put 1 tsp spoon of real milk butter and 1 tsp of olive oil over it.
Wild rice w minced turkey on sweet potato flat bread & fried egg (all cooked on coconut oil as always)
Grilled bacon with broccoli and scrambled eggs.

Gluten free porridge on coconut milk with sharon fruit, honey & cinnamon.
Brown rice spaghetti with beetroot, tuna & greens.
Crispy curly kale with spinach scrambled eggs and rice. (Curly kale grilled with sea salt)

1 egg, 2 tbsp coconut milk, 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 banana, strawberry jam & whole peanut butter, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, Coconut oil for frying.

Roasted veggies 🌿 Organic beetroot, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, pepper & asparagus. Bathe the veggies in pure organic olive oil. And sprinkle sea salt, basil herbs and black pepper on top of the veggies. Pop it in the oven for 15-20 mins

Chilli Egg noodle soup – Boil water, add thin egg noodles, mixed frozen vegetables & frozen spinach. Leave to boil for 2 minutes so noodles and veggies scatter. After 2 minutes add 1 tbs of ketchup tomato sauce, half a chicken stock & 2 tsps of chilli sauce. Leave to boil and cook for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes throw in 2 eggs in the boiling water and wait about 2 minutes for the eggs to poach.

After 3 minutes throw in 2 eggs in the boiling water and wait about 2 minutes for the eggs to poach.

 

Vanilla protein pancakes – Eggs whites, banana & vanilla protein powder. Cooked in coconut oil.

 

 

Garlic pork chop – Season the meat with garlic, sea salt & lemon. Slow cook it on a frying pan with coconut oil. Accompany it with rice & black beans OR vegetables.

 

My garden plate – Steam the fresh vegetables with a tsp of sea salt, 1 garlic clove, olive oil & a bay leave. Once steamed drain the veggies, put them on a plate & drizzle some vinegar & olive oil on top.
